ACS Distance Education Provides a number of distance-learning courses including a number on herbs, one of which is web based.  More are planned.
Ashridge College Offer a summer school on garden history In association with The National Trust.   3  - 8 August 2007. Email for details.  Scholarship available to attend the course, closing date 1 April, 2007.  Email for details.
College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy  The College is a professional body rather than a course provider.  Courses can be found on their events page.
Grange Centre Provides the 'Growing People Project' for horticulture training to adults with physical and learning difficulties
